Westgroove can move between genres, decades and moods without asking whether a record fits a tightly researched playlist. That freedom is the point. A familiar classic can sit beside an overlooked B-side, a local release or something none of us had heard a week ago.
A platform for new voices
Independence also means opening the door. Guest DJ sessions give emerging selectors from Pembrokeshire and across Wales a place to try a one or two-hour programme, build confidence and introduce their music to new listeners.
